Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every order from Skandio Studio. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us that you want to return an item, without having to give a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send it back. To start a return, contact us at wiredigitalcorp@gmail.com with your order number. Please do not send anything back before we have confirmed the return address and instructions.

Condition of returned items

Items should be returned complete, with their accessories and, where possible, in their original packaging. You may handle an item as you would in a shop to check it. If an item has been used beyond that, damaged or returned incomplete, we may deduct an amount that reflects the loss in value, as permitted by law.

Hygiene exception: for health and hygiene reasons, cosmetic and personal-care products (for example hair powders) can only be returned unopened and with their seal intact.

Return shipping costs

For a change-of-mind return, the cost of sending the item back is paid by you. If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, the return is free and we cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we have received the returned item (or proof that it has been sent), we refund you within 14 days, using the original payment method. The refund includes the standard delivery cost of your original order, if any was charged. We do not charge any fee for the refund itself.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours for visible transport damage) with photos of the problem and of the whole product, a photo of the shipping label and your order number. We will offer a replacement, a repair or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different colour, size or shade is to return the item and place a new order.

Legal guarantee and warranty

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery that applies in the European Union. In addition, our lighting products are covered by a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. None of this limits your statutory rights.
