Placing an order

Browse the collections, choose the products you like and add them to your cart. When you are ready, go to checkout and follow the on-screen instructions.

Accepted payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards as well as the secure online payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are protected by industry-standard encryption.

Delivery times and cost

Shipping is free. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, then delivered in 6 to 10 business days in Europe. See our shipping page for other destinations.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we send you an email with a tracking number. You can also follow your parcel on our Track my order page.

Changing or cancelling an order

You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order may already be in preparation: contact us and we will do what we can.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item, without giving a reason. Items should be returned complete and, where possible, in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, cosmetic and personal-care products can only be returned unopened. Please contact us before sending anything back. Full details on our Returns & refunds page.

Damaged or incorrect items

For visible shipping damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery where possible, with photos of the problem, of the whole product and of the shipping label. For a defect that appears later, contact us as soon as you notice it. We will send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.

Taxes and customs

Prices include VAT for deliveries within the European Union. Outside the EU (for example Switzerland or the United Kingdom), local import taxes may apply.
