Shipping policy
Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum amount.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1 to 2 business days before your parcel leaves our warehouse.
- Delivery in Europe (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands and other EU countries): 6 to 10 business days after dispatch.
- Other destinations: usually 8 to 15 business days after dispatch.
These times are estimates. Busy periods (sales, holidays) or carrier delays can occasionally make them longer. If your order has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will find a solution.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track my order page. Tracking information can take 2 to 3 days to appear after dispatch.
Several parcels
If you order several items, they may be shipped in separate parcels and arrive on different days. This does not cost you anything extra.
Taxes and customs
Prices shown include VAT for deliveries within the European Union, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. For deliveries outside the EU (for example Switzerland or the United Kingdom), local import taxes or customs duties may apply and are paid by the recipient.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible: we can update the address as long as the parcel has not shipped yet.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and photos if it is damaged). We will send a replacement or refund you in full.
